...but it's still interesting that this election offers one of the most conservative Senators vs. one of the most liberal.

With Chuck Hagel at #76, this list proves mainly that there's at most 23 conservatives in the Senate.
Posted by: pj at June 10, 2008 2:52 PMThe two-dimensional charts are more interesting; the parties are in very tight bands on the liberal-conservative (fiscal?) axis, but wide, overlapping ones on the social issue axis.
