Yet most people might be excused for hardly noticing, except maybe those who are paid the minimum wage or who live in hurricane-ravaged areas.

It wasn't only those who get paid the minimum wage who got an increase.

We could have bought them all a condo and paid for it's upkeep in perpetuity and it would have been far cheaper than uncounted for billions already distributed. Isn't there a Republican writer who can follow the money and put an end to the whining.
