This could never happen to a DemoRat in the US. Why, the dead vote alone might assure a victory.

The Dems like Ron Sims here in King County have the opposite problem. They've got to make sure that the number of votes cast isn't more than the number of voters registered. Wasn't it in 2000 that a number of precints in Philadelpha reported more than 100% turnout? (No wonder the Left want to scrap the Electoral College.)
