Jackson lawyer says pop star will no longer share his bed with young boys (Tim Molloy, AP, 6/14/05)

Michael Jackson's website trumpeted his courtroom vindication Tuesday, linking it with such historic events as the birth of Martin Luther King, while his lawyer vowed his client will stop sharing his bed with young boys.
My daugher asked me if Michael Jackson really exists, or was he just made up by adults to scare kids into behaving.

It looks like you have to be a subscriber to read the article that David linked to, but this lead goes it one better:

I won a nice chunk of cash at the office today from betting on the brilliance of the American justice system once again. A jury is made up of 12 people too stupid or too irrelevant to get out of jury duty. The notion that we should put our fate in one's hands is just frightening.

Genecis: I don't know. It's a metaphysical quandary.

You notice that he will stop sharing his bed with young boys. It said nothing about having sexual relations with them.

"Yes, Virginia, There Is A Michael Jackson."

Paraphrasing— "If Michael Jackson didn't exist, we'd have to invent him."

From yesterday, when all outlets were breathlessly covering the scene at the courthouse, a classic exchange (supposedly) from over at Free Republic:

Poster 1: They aren’t even covering the verdict at BET.

Poster 2: That’s because he isn’t black OR entertaining.

I once didn't bother to get out of jury duty because I saw that one of the chosen jury members was young, female, and attractive.

Indeed, there's always the Neverland hammock, divan, chaise lounge, recliner...

"The greatest trick Michael Jackson ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist."
