GO BUCKEYES!:
Kerry Says Trickery Foiled Many Voters (THE ASSOCIATED PRESS, 4/11/05)
Many voters in last year's election were denied access to the polls through trickery and intimidation, Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts told a voters' group on Sunday.
The big question we all want answered is how Karl Rove got them to go to that Ohio State game that Cabana Boy is always whining about on a Tuesday? Posted by Orrin Judd at April 11, 2005 9:14 AM
I absolutely abhor tampering with the validity of the election process, but must admit that anyone influenced by Kerry's examples is probably to damned dumb to be voting at all.
Ala the Washington State King County fiasco; the Democratic party seems to think that lying during an election is not only abhorrent but unnecessary when you can win by outright voter fraud. Florida With Rain: http://www.opinionjournal.com/diary/?id=110006543
Posted by: Genecis at April 11, 2005 9:21 AMAnd of course this is just that same old song and dance number: When Democrats win an election it's because the will of the people has been worked through our just and benevolent system. When Democrats lose an election it's because the evil and corrupt twisted GOP monsters have perverted the will of the people to their own twisted ends. The next Democrat to lose an election who says, "Well, that's the way the game is played! We'll get 'em next time!" will be the first.
Posted by: Governor Breck at April 11, 2005 10:01 AMDo they really think this incessant whining impresses anybody not in the MoveOn crowd?
Posted by: bart at April 11, 2005 10:33 AMThe day elections stop being worth stealing will be a dark one for democracy.
Posted by: oj at April 11, 2005 10:46 AMIs this the local Mugabe endorsement?
(Stout-hearted fellow, he. Thankless job, governing Zimbabwe....)
Posted by: Barry Meislin at April 11, 2005 10:50 AMWhat a condescending a**. If we hadn't been "tricked" surely we would have been smart enough to vote for him?
Posted by: Bartman at April 11, 2005 10:57 AM"GO BUCKEYES!:"
Ted Ginn, Jr. remember that name.
Posted by: Robert Schwartz at April 11, 2005 11:05 AMThe Democrats are the party of smart people, except when they lose because all those smart voters think election day is on a Wednesday.
Posted by: Raoul Ortega at April 11, 2005 11:17 AMI suppose I owe an apology to the Democrats for my constant whining about King Cty. WA but I'm afraid it's not something I can voluntarily put aside. It burns within me.
Posted by: Genecis at April 11, 2005 11:26 AMSo Kerry has first hand knowledge of this? Why? How? Whom in his campaign headed up the effort to trick & intimidate the voters of Ohio?
Kerry sounds like my 6 year old when she looses at "Old Maid" or "Candyland".
