Nothing about what his administration would do when he's running the place. No talk of a vision or even how Bush's vision is flawed. He used the place as a prop for a photo op, nothing more, and he deserves all the derision a photo like this is going to generate.

Ala 2001: A Space Odyssey, he could combine it with Johann Strauss's "The Blue Danube Waltz", or perhaps Richard Strauss's "Also Sprach Zarathustra"--or maybe simply John Williams' theme from Star Wars.
He could use it with audio and/or video of JFK's "Go to the moon in this decade" speech.
Or any one of a number of ways. Just ask the guy who was in the tank in '88.
(And then watch the Democrats cry foul--the same party that first gave us Willie Horton (paging Al Gore), LBJ's Daisy ad, and the November surprise of GWB's drunk driving conviction.)
