THE POT CAN'T CALL THE KETTLE BLACK:

Lott draws fire from Jackson (Kenneth R. Bazinet, December 9, 2002, Daily News)
The Rev. Jesse Jackson called on Sen. Trent Lott to resign as GOP leader yesterday for saying the nation would have been better off had Strom Thurmond been elected President in 1948.

While Senator Lott deserves much of the opprobrium he's brought down on himself, if the Reverend Jesse Jackson had any sense of shame his own vicious anti-Semitism would certainly bar him from commenting on the idiotic comments of others. Posted by Orrin Judd at December 11, 2002 11:49 AM

I must agree with Jackson; Wiley Coyote has run off the cliff one more time and without Clinton's help.

Lott has presented the Republicans with a great opportunty ... to finally remove him as the Senate Majority Leader. He is one of the reasons I changed my registration to Independent. I was tired of being embarrassed by his appetite for pork and forever running off cliffs. Nice hair though.
