Owners vote to end lockout; focus shifts to NFLPA (NFL.com, July 21, 2011)
NFL owners voted on Thursday evening to ratify a proposal to end the lockout, the first step in ending the longest work stoppage in NFL history.The final vote was 31-0 with Oakland Raiders abstaining, according to a source inside the room.
