IT'S ALMOST LIKE HE DOESN'T CARE, HUH?:

Obama Goes Quiet on Climate Change (David Corn, 12/03/10, Politics Daily)

In the past year, as climate change legislation foundered in the Senate (largely due to Republican obstructionism), the subject has sunk in terms of presidential priorities. Long story short: it's back to timid politics.

When Obama held a press conference after the November 2 midterm congressional elections -- which will boost the number of Republican climate-change deniers in the House and Senate -- he did not mention climate change. This week, as the Cancun conference was kicking off, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs didn't refer to it once during the three press briefings he held.
