NO ONE'S EVER HAD MORE FUN AT THE JOB:

President George Bush: 'Goodbye from the world's biggest polluter' (Robert Winnett, 10/07/2008, Daily Telegraph)

The American leader, who has been condemned throughout his presidency for failing to tackle climate change, ended a private meeting with the words: "Goodbye from the world's biggest polluter."

He then punched the air while grinning widely, as the rest of those present including Gordon Brown and Nicolas Sarkozy looked on in shock.

Doesn't sound plausible. Does sound awesome, though.

That is such a Bugs Bunny remark!

It could only be better if he walked off shouting 'Yippee-yi-kay-yay, M--- F---s!'

I like that kind of spirit, the kind of spirit that led Gen. Anthony McAuliffe to give his one word reply: "Nuts!"

I heard that McAuliffe's real reply was a 4 letter contraction of "fascist duck", and that "nuts" was just a bowdlerization for public consumption.

Could be, Raoul; either one is fine by me.

The image, as described, and the title would make a great T shirt.
