NO ONE'S EVER HAD MORE FUN AT THE JOB:
President George Bush: 'Goodbye from the world's biggest polluter' (Robert Winnett, 10/07/2008, Daily Telegraph)
The American leader, who has been condemned throughout his presidency for failing to tackle climate change, ended a private meeting with the words: "Goodbye from the world's biggest polluter."Posted by Orrin Judd at July 10, 2008 4:05 PMHe then punched the air while grinning widely, as the rest of those present including Gordon Brown and Nicolas Sarkozy looked on in shock.
That is such a Bugs Bunny remark!
It could only be better if he walked off shouting 'Yippee-yi-kay-yay, M--- F---s!'
I like that kind of spirit, the kind of spirit that led Gen. Anthony McAuliffe to give his one word reply: "Nuts!"
Posted by: Mikey at July 10, 2008 6:04 PMI heard that McAuliffe's real reply was a 4 letter contraction of "fascist duck", and that "nuts" was just a bowdlerization for public consumption.
Could be, Raoul; either one is fine by me.

Doesn't sound plausible. Does sound awesome, though.
