In particular, the Illinois senator, who got swamped in most heavily Hispanic districts across the country, can ill afford to risk alienating potential surrogates in a community that has viewed him with skepticism.
That poor elephant--he just sits there in the living room, and feels so alone. Everyone pretends he just isn't there.
Those aren't "Clinton" voters, those are anti-Obama voters.

He's certainly alienated my wife...she doesn't particularly like McCain, but she's dying to cast a "not Obama" vote.
