IT'S WHERE THEY'RE WINNING THAT MATTERS:

Obama claims delegate lead (Mike Allen, Feb 6, 2008, Politico)

In a surprise twist after a chaotic Super Tuesday, Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) passed Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) in network tallies of the number of delegates the candidates racked up last night.

The Obama camp projects topping Clinton by nine delegates, 845 to 836.

Senator Obama's wins in states where blacks represent an especially large portion of the Democratic vote and where caucuses empower activists bodes ill for a general election.

Eh. I know he's an empty vessel, but that might not stop him from beating McCain. I want Hillary to beat him (and in the process rough up her own party).
