SO SHE'S NOT RWR OR W:

Hillary’s Post-Iowa Playcalling Compounds “Authentic Problem” (Politico: Plays for the Presidency, 1/04/08)

Ask any crisis consultant. These are accepted and proven strategies for managing a crisis and maintaining a competitive and authentic advantage:

# Acknowledge the problem.

# Take responsibility.

# And take corrective actions.

In the case of Hillary Clinton’s stunning eight-point Iowa caucus loss at the hands of Barack Obama, they are wholly applicable.

But like so many cornered CEO’s, Clinton has played her defeat as something entirely different and thus dismayed her supporters and detractors, both.

She wasted a perfectly good opportunity to pretend to be humbled and then come out fighting like a scrappy underdog.

hilary appeared phonily gracious because she didn't the winner. That would have been stupid, sour grapes. But all she did was playbook 101 for amatuers, avoid saying anything honest about how she lost. Instead she said a bunch of completely uninspiring nothing psychobabble about how democrats can cheer since it was a big day for democrats. Whhhhhhhhat.

So this is how she'll be as a President...phony of course, incapable of realizing when she's lost, and completely uninspiring. Doesn't sound like she's an "agent" of change.

Is this really the best we've got. Not being a democrat I'm probably just a little slightly biased, but come on.....you are right Orrin, Richardson would have been a halfway decent dem candidate.....but, haaaa, he got 2%. Edwards just looks aged.....go take care of your wife already, she is sick with cancer. Barak, you can speak well, but did you steal MLK's speech's from 40 years ago, butcher them, and then start talking.....talk about just completely substanceless humdrum candidates. Newt should have run, or even Buchanan, at least they have IQ's above 120 and actually have real ideas and actually have a resume with accomplishments. I guess, maybe, I"m a "little" dismayed by our current race....hehe

I think Huck is awesome. He's W with Ka-razz-muh!

Surprisingly, Obama doesn't bother me in the slightest.

Well, God save us from presidents with IQ's above 120 if the two examples are a man who served his wife with divorce papers in the hospital and a cynical racist.

Nearly every great or good president of the 20th Century was stupid: Taft, Coolidge, FDR, Ike, Reagan, Bush

Nearly every awful one was brilliant: TR, Wilson, Hoover, Nixon

By what standard were Coolidge and Eisenhower stupid?

Bright.
