ROBED ROVEBOT:

Bin Laden's Message to Europe (MEMRI, 12/05/07, FrontPageMagazine.com)

In the beginning of his address, bin Laden criticizes the Europeans for participating in the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan following the 9/11 attacks... [...]

"In this war, you combined two injustices... [First], you did not possess even one piece of evidence admissible in court... You destroyed Al-Qaeda's camps, killing some of its members and capturing others, most of them from Pakistan."

So the two takeaways are that we won the war and Al Qaeda wants to apply the Democrats' narrow war rules to save itself.

It's an injustice to attack your enemies?

Which "court" is he talking about? In the court of strong horse/ weak horse, winning is the evidence. In the US Court, Binny has to appear in court to plead his case and discount the evidence which includes a video tape of Binny bragging about his handy work to followers.

Btw, Binney doesn't need to invoke "lack of evidence" to dissuade the Euros. He just has to pull some successes with homicidal bombers, the Euros would fold. Apparently, poor Binney couldn't even pull that off.
