DOESN'T HE MEAN, "SHAKE DOWN..."?:

Obama: Soul Food with Sharpton (Sunlen Miller, 11/29/07, ABC News)

Presidential hopeful Sen. Barack Obama D-Ill., stopped for a little soul food with Al Sharpton in Harlem Thursday evening.

Arriving together in the same car, the two were flanked by people on the street outside the popular soul food restaurant, "Sylvia's" in the heart of Harlem.

Obama yelled, "We gon’ shake up the world," as he entered the restaurant side by side with Sharpton.

Here is Obama's opportunity for an Al Sharpton (Sister Souljah) moment.

People have been waiting (in vain) for Hillary's moment. She doesn't have the guts or the vision. Let's see if Obama does. He doesn't have to be too negative, just forthright about Reverend Al's money problems. And while it might seem like the general election is a better time, Obama is looking for votes in IA and NH, not NY and DC.

He should also say something about Andy Young's recent comment that Bill Clinton is blacker than he is. Again, nothing too nasty - a simple "When Andy was mayor of Atlanta, those with skin blacker than his didn't do so well, now did they?"

The notion that BJ Clinton is "black" is a grotesque Rassenschande--for the Blacks.

Especially that visually speaking, he looks like the model for the Pillsbury doughboy.
