Mohammed to beat Jack as top UK boys' name (Sarah Womack, 11/12/2007, Daily Telegraph)

So passes a good English name like Jacques....

Are there statistics on the rate at which muslims name their sons Mohammed? I'm pretty sure it's going to be a lot higher than those who name their son Jack. Still...

What's the difference between a newborn named Mohammed and a teddy bear named Mohammed?

What would the mobs do if a girl were named Mohammed? Would they approve if a weapons system were named Mohammed? Or a political party? Or a spicy chicken dish?

Where to draw the line (today)?

That teddy bear was named after a boy named Muhammed, not the guy who heard voices years ago.
