Ah, Lance Link Secret Chimp! This was part of my childhood.

Does anyone remember any of these Saturday morning television shows from the late 1960's and early 1970's?

The Bugaloos
Sigmund The Sea Monster
The Banana Splits
Big Blue Marble - PBS
The CBS Children's Film Festival with Kukla, Fran and Ollie
Land of the Lost - Chaka and the Sleestaks
Jot - A cartoon dot

And the CBS news minute they used to do for kids.

I remember The Children's Film Festival; perhaps it is the wash of childhood nostalgia, but I recall that it was superb. PBS should bring something like it back on the air.

Could you imagine the networks giving over Saturday morning breakfast cereal commercial time to foreign films for kids?
