A federal appeals court ruled on Wednesday that women who are victims of forced abortions in China, under that nation's one-child family planing policy, can seek asylum in the United States. It's the same deal the 9th has always had. Face trumps Justice. A court that obeyed the rule of law would have to explain how abortion is OK, just out patient treatment, but a terrible thing to survive....
