A majority of personnel managers consider a job at McDonalds more valuable than a political science course at university.

That's waht Phoenix University is. (McD running a university)

Too bad the founder is a far left activist. He proved every conservative correct re: education.

Same goes for English, Sociology (heck not just a class but the whole bloody degree), etc...

What AC said. Classes that don't provide you with a skill that your job requires are of course not of any value to your manager. Duh.

Once when I went back for homecoming, my former advisor asked how I was using my (Political Science) degree. I told him, after hemming and hawing, "I'm not".
