I had a chance to catch the broadcast--a good presentation.

Still missing was a mention of the connection between the fiction of sovereignity and the military of forces. Sovereignity rest solely on warfighting capability. The so-called sovereignity of the weak is nothing but the balance-of-power machination of the strong.
