Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think Bush has submitted, nor does he have to, any plans for any "surge". Anyone know?
Technically, all the committee is doing is asking the full Senate to say that it does not support any surge. Whoopsee-dee! Who cares? There is no "rejection of plan" because the Senate does not have any "plan" to consider.
'cause tying the failure in Iraq EVEN MORE TIGHTLY around the GOP's neck is such a brilliant move for Bush and Cheney...
