I can't recommend this novel highly enough. It is hilarious.

Just an aside, but somehow blogatory evokes purgatory more than epistolary... Seems apt.

Even more surprising is Far From the Madding Gerund, which just collects posts from Language Log. It does suffer pretty badly from the temporal limitations and picky nature of blogging, but much of it remains worthwhile.
