No. 1 Friday morning on Amazon.com, according to NRO, though it would be interesting to know of those scrambling to buy it right now, how many actually read the thing past about Page 10 or so.

Seriously, it makes me sick that getting praise from totalitarian thugs and terrorists does not have any negative consequences for our "global intellectuals". It´s not a sane world.
