Close, but wrong. Both of them are based on superstition and ignorance and wishful thinking.
How would Harry Blackmun address the 'evidence' provided by 4-D in utero sonograms?
Perhaps he would get all mystical himself, and conclude that science is dispensable in the face of feeling.
