In the past 3 weeks, my family went on a Caribbean Disney cruise. I was surprised to the extent they enforced sanitation: handing out alcohol-laced wipes to all passengers as they waited in line for the dining rooms, handing them out again _after_ the meal, constantly wiping down the bannisters, door handles, elevators, etc. The wipes were available at all points on the ship, not just where food was involved. Of course it all makes sense, but no cruise line will draw attention to it either.
