No!
As I stated, McCain's VP in '08, and the Nation'a President in '12 & '16 is Blackwell. Jeb is a good guy and, compared with most, would be a good President.
Unfortunately, for Jeb, Blackwell will be, not only a better President, but a much more electable one.
But VP to one as great as J. Kenneth is nothing to sneeze at. Just ask Cheney!
