ENOUGH MAU-MAU, ACT LIKE REPUBLICANS:

Medicare education sought for blacks (Brian DeBose, March 15, 2006, THE WASHINGTON TIMES)

Black doctors and advocates for senior citizens spoke loudly to black Democratic lawmakers on Capitol Hill yesterday urging them to put politics aside and work harder to enroll seniors in the Medicare prescription drug plan.

Sandy:"enroll seniors in the Medicare prescription drug plan." It's the new plan and for many it's confusing so they give up. The Democrats see it as a political issue they can criticize rather than getting out and helping those unable to understand it and get them enrolled, as the faith based folks are likely doing.
