The leader of al-Qaida in Saudi Arabia and two men who helped attack the world's largest oil-processing complex were among five militants killed during police raids in the capital, authorities said Tuesday.

Posted by: ic at February 28, 2006 4:56 PMI don't think it means much to kill off AQ 'leaders' anymore unless we get one of the three or four old school survivors like Zawahiri. Obviously the more we kill the better, but they're down to their third, fourth or fifth tier by now. The 'leaders' we're killing now are mostly just regular rank and file muslim thugs, promoted because the previous muslim thug got killed last week.
