SHOULD HAVE HAD A PREDATOR WAITING FOR HIM:

Germany releases terror suspect (BBC, 2/08/06)

A Moroccan convicted of belonging to a terrorist cell that included three of the 11 September suicide hijackers has been released from a German prison.

Mounir al-Motassadek, 31, was sentenced in Hamburg last August to seven years in jail following a year-long retrial.

But Germany's Federal Constitutional Court said judges at the trial had been wrong to order his return to custody because appeals were still pending.

The decision to release Motassadek does not affect his conviction, it said.

The Moroccan student made no comment as he left the Hamburg prison where he had been held since August.

How soon will the German engineers kidnapped in Iraq be released? With the millions of ransom money to replenish the jihadists' coffers, more Iraqis will be killed. For the sake of the Iraqis, all Germans should be barred from entering Iraq.

The terrorist made no comment because he was too busy laughing at the German government for their stupidity.

Appearantly, the US-Goverment failed to deliver certain informations that were needed, to sentence him properly...

Germany will propably kick him out of the country. So the CIA can catch.

@obc: in Germany, itīs a court who sentences people. not the goverment. americans tought us that principle.
