DIDN’T ANYONE TELL THEM ABOUT THE ELECTION?

U.S. forces fire on Canadian vehicle in Iraq

Obviously, the Conservative government hasn't had time to shuffle their ambassadors yet, and Stephen Harper put in a call to his cowboy buddy Bush to fire on the charge d'affaires as a way of telling him to get out of town before sundown so he could put his own toady to the militaristic American regime in place (I don't know if Harper Derangement Syndrome is going to be a major Canadian malady, but I just wanted to get first dibs on this conspiracy theory in case it does start popping up in the near future).

Apparently, Canadian diplomats have better defensive skills than do hardened "insurgents."

Looks like the Canadians' driver tried to pass a convoy, which we don't allow because of the risk from car bombs, and ignored or didn't see hand signals; so our guys fired warning shots.

Our mothers teach us how to duck American shots at a very early age.

Peter,
Is that how you got so good at ducking arguments? ;-)
