HILLARY SAID I COULD:

Hillary talks Iran strike: Clinton blasts Bush administration’s handling of country’s possible development of nuclear weapons (GLENN THRUSH, January 18, 2006, Newsday)

A tough-talking Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton Wednesday suggested she would back a military strike on Iran if that country's radical Islamic government attempts to build nuclear weapons.

Clinton's speech seemed to position her somewhat to the right of the Bush administration, which has stressed diplomacy without ruling out any other option.

She's only to his Right until he bombs them.

Every Democrat (and I mean EVERY one except President Peanut) has blasted Bush for messing around in Iraq and ignoring the two real threats to US security - NK and Iran. But what will Hillary say if we do have to attack Iran - I was for it before I decided to be against it?

The Dems are in the box on this issue but even the moonbat left is going to look more anti-Semitic than it already does by defending the mullahs.

Hillary's sort of like the Wal-Mart of presidential hopefuls these days -- a little something in stock for everyone. This lurch to the right is to make up for Monday's overcorrection to the left, and is designed to take everyone's attention away from that "plantation" remark. Plus it's a safe thing to say, since Ahmadinejad is likely to keep barking for a while without showing any bite that would demand an immediate U.S. military response.

For Iraq, we're no good because we didn't get permission slips. For Iran, we're "outsourcing" the negotiations.
