SNUB SHRUG:
Japan PM shrugs off China snub (BBC, 12/05/05)
Japanese PM Junichiro Koizumi has shrugged off China's postponement of annual talks allegedly triggered by his visits to a controversial war shrine. [...]"As far as I'm concerned any time is OK," Mr Koizumi told reporters.
"China is the one who decided to postpone the talks. That is fine with me."
