EXHIBIT "A" IN WHY YOU SHOULDN'T JUDGE BY A COVER:

Here's the final version of how the book's cover will look. Thanks to Julia Gignoux.

Is it too late to add a computer chip to make the Fox News Screaming Eagle sound each time you open it?

That looks good.

As I always say:

"You can't judge a cook by his cover."

Fabulous looking. Great for a FIRST book, now start working on the next one.

i would have made each of the contributors a "star" on the flag. it's an awfully busy looking cover but that won't hurt sales (given that your target audience will already know what it's about). what's on the back cover :)

The BACK cover - is it, could it be, dare I say it?....naaah. Too easy.

Scroll down to see the back. No scary photos involved.

Wow! And even more Wow! Congrats, Dear Leader.

The upper two-thirds of the cover, where the book browser's eyes usually focus, isn't too busy, and the choice of background gets the point across (though when I first clicked the link, the Internet Explorer emulation on Netscape 8 made me think OJ was going for some sort of Beatles White Album look. When I switched to the Firefox emulation, things became a little bit clearer).

No blurb from Harry?

you really have to get into a ben franklin outfit and pose for the back cover holding an extravagant quill pen (with the big feather).

Mike:

Harry seemed to think sovereignty was something that involved only the advancement of Soviet power.

OJ - did Harry ever implode over the Stalin's treatment of Jews? I don't recall him ever being confronted on that score, but I've only been visiting here since around late 2003.

Excellent bro!

jim:

They key to understanding Harry is that he doesn't just believe in Darwinism but in Socialism. That's why he always argues that not just Stalinism but Nazism was more effective, even in economic terms, than the American system. He actually argued that Hitler had an advantage over FDR because socialism was more advanced in Germany.
