WELL, HIS PARENTS WERE LIKE THE 9-11 HIJACKERS... (via David Hill, The Bronx):

Rosenbergs' son warns free speech threatened (Philip Newman, 04/07/2005 , Times Ledger)

Robert Meeropol says aspects of Bush administration policies are unpleasantly reminiscent of the McCarthy era, the period of anti-Communist fervor that profoundly changed his life at the age of 6 when his parents, Ethel and Julius Rosenberg, were executed as spies for the Soviet Union.

Of course it is--there are people trying to destroy our society and a government trying to stop them.

His parents made their choice - they loved Stalin more than they loved their son.

And after the KGB files were opened, does anyone really care what this Red Diaper Baby has to say about anything?

If he's so proud of his parents, why not change his name back to Rosenberg? A fine and honorable name shared by thousands of other people who didn't betray their country or aid and abet the murders of numerous innocents.

Only a few hundred showed up to hear him in Forest Hills. A few years ago, people would have been demonstrating in the streets.

Well, he and Tony Hiss can always hang out together and dream of the old days.

Meeropol is right. Free speech is threatened, by leftist wannabees like John Kerry who want to let the NY Times and big media run amok while strictly censoring everyone else, and oncampus leftists out to impose political correctness.
"Meeropol" should be very happy that President Bush was reelected, to preserve Meeropol's freedom to make an ass of himself.
