Possibly...
In Britain, a "fanny" is on the opposite side of a woman than it is in the States, and in Australia, "the c word" is only slightly vulgar.

Many years ago, I had a houseguest from Britain who asked me to "Knock her up" at 7AM. Unfortunately, she just wanted a wake up call.
