Rice to push democracy in Russia (BBC, 4/19/05)
US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has arrived in Moscow for her first visit to Russia as the top US diplomat.Ms Rice is expected to express concern about the Kremlin's consolidation of power and constraints on the media.

Saw on Drudge that there was a bomb threat at the hotel where the SoS is staying??? Do you know why isn't she staying at the American Embassy where presumably she would be safe?
There has very little in the MSM about Condi. I take that to mean she's very, very effective and they haven't a thing to criticize her about.
