Posted by: Annoying Old Guy at March 4, 2005 11:52 PMIt's not worth it, aparantly, unless the goals can ce reduced to a budget item with a corresponding bureacratic apparatus. By the way, it's simplistic to pretend that the Republican President and his policy in Iraq had anything to do with it. The issue is so much more complex and nuanced.
