This is what the ACLU is reduced to? Pathetic. Forget about the emanations and penumbras they are defending on behalf of our 'privacy' now they're going for the right to anonymity in a silly way.

Truth is consumers are very savvy about the trading info about their preferences for better deals and the whole process leads to greater productivity.
