Blech, cr*p song, cr*p band. Like an easy listening version of Dead Kennedys

Fun Fact: the guy who made this clip, Eric Blumrich, used to be a comic book artist, specializing in the genre of anthropomorphics. (Talking animals in human situation; the style is often called "funny animals", but that doesn't apply to Blumrich, whose most famous work was a dystopian future story.) His comic work was quite good in my opinion, but a couple years back he got political and started making these film clips, one of which was used by the Dennis Kucinich campaign. I'm sure that surprises you as much as it does me.

Speaking of comics/cartoons, the old Paramount-Max Fleischer Screen Songs were more fun to watch -- at least they gave you a bouncing ball to sing along with as you followed the words on the screen. And the music was better, too.

Dang, from the comments I was hoping this would portray Republicans as vicious cartoon predators a la Shere Khan, and the Democrats as bonobos. Instead we get pictures of Hitler and Klansmen, and -- good Lord, did it actually say "comrades arise"?!
