U.S. company is helping wary American travellers pose as peace-loving Canucks. For $25 US, the T-Shirt King.Com provides a package with enough red-and-white gear for vacationers to pass themselves off as Canadians abroad.

"This is specifically if you're travelling and you don't want people throwing eggs at you -- you can disguise yourself as a Canadian," said Lisa Broadbent, who runs the Albuquerque, N.M., business with husband Bill.

"Our American politics -- we're stepping on some toes right now and there's no doubt there's some animosity."

Broadbent said the tongue-in-cheek idea was born in the wake of last month's U.S. election, when thousands of Americans were pondering immigration to Canada to flee four more years of President George W. Bush.

Slapping down $25 US on-line buys disgruntled Americans a temporary vacation from their citizenship with a package of a Canadian flag T-shirt, luggage patch, window sticker and a lapel pin.

As a special bonus, the package includes a report on "How to Speak Canadian, Eh?"
