The problem..... AGAIN.... is not that the US has created a "unipolar" world. It's that everyone else has. And thus "multi-polarity" morphs quickly into "do-nothing whatsoever that might tick SOMEBODY, somewhere, off"... and the one-eyed in the room of the blind is de facto unipolar.

I'm running on a rather elderly PC, 300mhz, 128mb ram with Win98 as the os. My current browser is the latest Mozilla Firefox which I have been using the middle of November (CrazyBrowser just got too cranky.)
JB, Lou G., more than likely it's the browser you are using.
For what it's worth, as oj already knows, I find the new comment process a pain. A he pointed out, the spam problem he had with the old popup scheme was a major pain for him.
