Toll House No-bake Chocolate Cheesecake (Recipe of the day, 11/17/04)

Toll House No-bake Chocolate Cheesecake

Yield: 16 servings
1 pkg (18 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
2 pkg (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
4 packet (1 ounce each) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Choco Bake Unsweetened
2 contnr (8 ounces each) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup (3 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, melted(optional)

Procedures
PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
Grease 9-inch springform pan.
PLACE cookie dough scored side down on bottom of springform pan.
BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
COMBINE cream cheese, sugar and Choco Bake in large mixer bowl until well blended.
Add whipped topping; stir until just blended.
Spoon over cookie crust; smooth top.
Drizzle with melted chocolate.
Cover; refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Remove side of pan.
Skill Level: Easy

Eat one of these after three neo-con Hardee's burgers, and you'll start to develop a Southern theo-con waist.

It's really a "half-baked" cheesecake-like temptation of the devil...
Only the crust gets cooked.
