Kerry needs to add some Cambodians to the campaign - ones who remember seeing him there.

I like MB's personal service suggestion (after all, the personal touch is important), but Kerry's virtually done that, too. I seem to recall that 10,000-odd trial lawyers have volunteered for 'voter education' in Florida and other key locales.
