It's not going to happen, of course - if Major League Baseball can't create an ad campaign around Milton Bradley, they won't make any effort for this guy. It reminds me of the early 'Eighties, when the Mets had a guy in their farm system named Ronald McDonald (not Ron or Ronnie, but Ronald - I can imagine the teasing he got in school) and did absolutely no promotion around him. Bill Veeck would have done something; the purists would pitch a fit about "the dignity of the game", but it would've brung a ton of people into the ballpark.
