Each two-hour session consists of two 30-minute warm-up and cool-down periods plus an hour-long session "on the pole".

I used to watch pole dancers at strip clubs. Didn't realize it was so healthy ... watching that is.
Posted by: genecis at May 13, 2004 10:15 PMI propose a new olympic sport in the spirit of the biathlon. It will consist of a pole-dancing competition followed by a debate competition. The name of the event will be "pole-impics".
Surprisingly, (to me, anyhow), pole dancing is considered low-class by strippers, at least those featured in 'Jane' magazine.
