SO FAR SO GOOD:

Haley Barbour is winning in MS with over 50% (necessary to avoid sending the race to the legislature under MS law) and 70% of the vote counted.

Barbour declared the winner with 53%! I'm sure the media will rush to call the two gubernatorial wins a public vote of confidence for the President (yeah, right; expect the Dem takeover of the New Jersey legislature to lead the news).
