BTW, can you find out why in Orrin's posts "Chiarc's" is rendered "Chirac’s" and get him to fix it.



At the bottom, his editor chooses to use ALT-0213 rather than ALT-0039 to encode the single quote. Why this is the case I have no idea.



Never the less, whatever is going on makes reading the posts aflicted with this oddity a bit difficult to read.
