Completely hypothetical and a bit tasteless, but...
Should I think that were Ms Sweet-McKinnon to have died a few days before the election, Terry Mc would have sought to replace her with Bob Kerry. And that had both souses died together, he would have pleaded with voters to win this one for Sarah!
Do I detect a hint of cynicism?
