Arguing that defeated Georgia Rep. Cynthia McKinney was the victim of a "malicious crossover" vote by Republicans, five DeKalb County voters asked a federal court Friday to throw out the results of the primary.

When Al Gore sought to use the heavily-Democrat Florida judiciary to steal the 2000 presidential election, many conservatives lamented that it offered a template for the Left to use extra-democratic means to try to "win" elections they didn't like the actual results.
