On today's Bulwark Podcast, NBC's Jonathan Allen joins host Charlie Sykes to discuss how President Trump's Ukraine call may have tilted the balance towards a certain impeachment vote.
One can understand, if not approve of, Ms Pelosi's desire not to subject swing district members to impeachment votes when they're trying to hold the House. But the fact that those members are moving beyond her on impeachment because it won't hurt them in their districts leaves her with no other choice.
